Dayna E. Roane, CPA, ABV, CGMA - Masters in Taxation
Dayna E. Roane joined Don Perry as a shareholder in 2010. Dayna has worked in the accounting profession for almost 20 years advising clients in business formation, individual and business taxation, retirement planning, estate planning, and trust taxation. She has advanced expertise in working with entrepreneurs, and real estate, restaurant and service industries.
Dayna has degrees from Princeton University, University of Denver and University of Colorado. She has advanced certifications in business valuation (ABV) and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of CPAs. She is currently on the board of the Boulder Estate Planning Council, as well as the Niwot Business Association. She is a regular contributor to the AICPA Journal of Accountancy, writing on tax matters.
Dayna is married and has 3 children. Dayna’s greatest joy comes from spending time with her family. She is also an avid reader of books about investing, money management, business, and history. In her spare time you can find her on a bike, in a pool, or on a trail enjoying Colorado’s active outdoor lifestyle. Her garden is pretty impressive too!
